FYI on the DJ's

Andy Smith

Call him the company clown if you want, but Andy’s got that golden voice meant for DJ stardom! Born July 16, 1979 in Cincinnati, music has always been a big part of Smith's life. Whether he’s playing
guitar in his cover band or saxophone in the school band, constantly going to concerts or serving as an on-air DJ on a modern rock show at his campus radio station, Smith brings a passion for all types of music to his work with Double Platinum. His favorite artists include Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles, Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band and R.E.M. A 1997 graduate of Oak Hills High School and a 2001 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio (B.S. Mass Communication, B.A., Journalism), Smith DJs with Double Platinum Productions in addition to his job at WKRC-TV Channel 12 News, a Clear Channel TV station and Cincinnati's CBS affiliate. He is a writer and producer assistant there.

That’s right, after Miami he did a little post-graduate work at the Professional School of Bartending. In addition to his love for Music, Smith is also a huge movie buff and enjoys photography and history.
